Praktikum im Bereich HR und Marketing auf Teneriffa (m/w/d) • Du arbeitest von 09:00-17:30 Uhr, montags bis freitags, an den Wochenenden hast du frei • Dir wird eine gratis Unterkunft in einer WG gestellt und du erhältst eine Vergütung von 200 € pro Monat • Praktikumsdauer: 6 Monate • Praktikumsbeginn: ab sofort oder später Deine Aufgaben • Rekrutierung von Praktikanten und Praktikantinnen sowie deren Betreuung, Beantwortung von E-Mails und Kommunikation via WhatsApp, Schriftverkehr mit Bildungseinrichtungen • Digitales Marketing, SEO, Erstellung von visuellem Content, Betreuung der Social-Media-Kanäle, Mitentwicklung neuer Marketingstrategien • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Praktikumsverträgen, Zertifikaten sowie Vorbereitung von Erasmus-Dokumenten, Überprüfung von Versicherungsunterlagen • Erstellung von Inhalten für die S-W-E-P-Webseite sowie für den News-Blog (auf Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch), Weiterentwicklung unserer Website mit dem CMS WordPress • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Anzeigen für freie Praktikumsstellen auf Online-Jobbörsen Dein Profil • Spaß an der Kommunikation mit internationalen Schülern, Schülerinnen und Studierenden, gerne am Computer arbeiten, E-Mails und WhatsApp Nachrichten beantworten • Freundliche Ausstrahlung, hilfsbereit und teamfähig • Eigeninitiative und Interesse für die Tätigkeiten im S-W-E-P-Büro • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Canva und Photoshop wären von Vorteil Bitte bewirb dich mit Lebenslauf und Bewerbungsfoto per E-Mail: info@s-w-e-p.com Informationen über unser Unternehmen findest du auf: www.s-w-e-p.com
