Du verantwortest das Endpoint Management unserer Windows 11-Clients über Microsoft Intune und baust perspektivisch das Mac-Management mit auf.Du paketierst, testest und verteilst Software-Pakete über Intune und ScappMan und automatisierst Deployments für einen reibungslosen Roll-out.Du administrierst Mobile Devices (iPhones und iPads) über MDM und stellst eine sichere und effiziente Geräteverwaltung sicher.Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im Bereich Hardware, Software, Netzwerk und Telefonie über unser Ticketsystem (1st/2nd Level Support).Du installierst und wartest IT-Anwendungen und Endgeräte und stellst den einwandfreien IT-Betrieb auf Client-Ebene sicher.Zusammen im Team verwaltest Du Nutzerkonten, Computer und Zugriffsrechte im Microsoft Active Directory und Microsoft Entra ID, richtest VPN-, Mobil- und E-Mail-Zugänge ein und betreust die Software-Verteilung.Du kümmerst Dich um die Beschaffung von Hardware und Lizenzen und hältst dabei unser Inventar aktuell.Du entwickelst Automatisierungen und Self-Service-Lösungen, um Standardprozesse zu verschlanken und die User Experience zu verbessern.Du hilfst mit, den IT-Support stetig zu verbessern und behältst dabei auch die Optimierung unserer Client-Infrastruktur und Support-Prozesse im Blick.Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich, eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management, App-Deployment, Policies) und idealerweise mit Mobile Device Management (iPhones/iPads) mit.Du hast Erfahrung in der Software-Paketierung und bist bereit, Dich in Tools wie ScappMan einzuarbeiten.Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Windows 11-Client-Umgebungen.
